Contact us first
Message us on WhatsApp or call before sending. We confirm the details, explain the process and tell you where to send the device.
Pack it properly
Place the drive in an anti-static bag or wrap it in a soft cloth, then bubble wrap. Use a strong box with at least 5 cm of padding on all sides so the drive cannot move.
Include your details
Add a note with your name, mobile number, the device type and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords in the note; we will ask for them securely if needed.
Use a trackable courier
Choose a courier with tracking and share the tracking number with us. We confirm when the device arrives.
Important: Switch the drive off if it makes unusual sounds. Stop using the drive immediately.
